A Bridge Between Tradition ...

“I have chosen to live in Iowa Falls to raise my family while commuting to Mason City for 11 years and now Marshalltown for 2 years. The central location makes it possible and the benefits of living in a great community like Iowa Falls makes the drive worth it.”

Tom Dagit, Residential Officer, State of Iowa

I feel fortunate that I grew up in Iowa Falls, where people know and care about one another. Living in big cities before returning back to Iowa Falls, I found that people keep to themselves and don’t want to know their neighbors. There wasn’t any sense of community.
Being a husband and a father, it helps put my mind at ease to know my child and wife are safe in this community and that there are many people happy to help us if we are ever in need.
Not only is this town a gift of beauty and scenery. It is also a place where the ideals of family and community come together. People work together and accomplish much. Progressive efforts and actions combined with traditional ideals and expectations make Iowa Falls is a place to live happily and healthfully.
Small town life isn’t small. It is big. There is endless love and an embrace Iowa Falls and its citizens share with those who chose to become an active part of this community. Come home and see for yourself.
